The model we’ve built has high potential for exponential growth. Does that mean we want to grow exponentially? Heck no. Our focus in 2025 is on delivery to our existing clients. And maybe putting some sideways pressure on the current suite of consultants to do better. All in service to our vision, naturally.

Our business is evolving, but the promise we are kicking-off with, because we know it works, is based on this value proposition—our consultants will:

  • Scale into projects gradually as they find their footing and build relationships

  • Bill 80-100 hours/month at full capacity

  • Earn at least 70% of their GEA billing rate

  • Work flexibly and remotely, with minimal travel

  • Be supported by work culture (e.g., meetings scheduled during school hours)

The consultants we seek might find themselves described as:
